Live Delivery Guarantee

Our worms are guaranteed to be delivered alive.  In the case of the worms not arriving alive, we will either refund your money or reship the worms to you.  Since we want your worms to arrive in good condition, we may delay shipments if the weather conditions are extremely hot or cold.

For the Live Guarantee to be valid, the worms have to be signed for and accepted on the first delivery attempt.  Please make sure that someone is at your address to receive the delivery.  If nobody will be available to accept the worms,  just let me know when you are ordering to write, “HOLD AT POST OFFICE FOR CUSTOMER PICKUP” on the outside of your box.  We will then guarantee the worms for 24 hours at the Post Office, allowing you plenty of time to pick up your worms.

Failure to accept the worms on the first delivery, or failure to pick up the worms within 24 hours at the post office will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Rating I have WORMS!
My worms arrived promptly and were very active when placed in their new home. They are doing their jobs very well, not slacking at all!

After a long trip across the country, my worms and Worm Factory arrived. They were tired from their long journey, but soon perked up, especially once they started eating. I can see that they are growing already. Looking forward to that good fertilizer for the garden and flowers.

A great company to work with and they communicate very well. The worms arrived safe, sound and hungry. In the two weeks since they arrived they have really done their job and I am having a hard time keeping up with them. thanks.

Rating EF worm order
Good looking squirm of worms. I didn't weigh them, but they appeared to be at least and probably over the poundage ordered. They've integrated into my new Worm Inn very well.

The worms we ordered arrived yesterday by US mail. The mailman just left them by the door, (in the sun) because the shipment did not fit into the mailbox by the driveway. He did not even ring the door bell. Fortunately I saw the mail truck from an upstairs window. I went after him and berated him about not ringing the door bell, so that the package did not lie by the door unnoticed. But the worms are fine and are munching away in our compost heap.
